My passion for acting began during a workshop at the Royal Shakespeare Company in Washington, D.C., where I discovered the possibility to become someone else. Since then, I’ve developed a particular interest in roles that explore vulnerability, power dynamics, and emotional transformation.
During my time at East 15 and Cours Florent, I performed a range of classical and contemporary roles, including:
- Sally Poppy in The Welkin by Lucy Kirkwood – a bold, defiant character whose contradictions challenged me to balance vulnerability with provocation.
- Yelena in Children of the Sun by Andrew Upton – a warm yet conflicted woman whose compassion and moral conviction are tested as both her marriage and society begin to fracture.
- Mara in written by myself– a fiercely resilient survivor confronting abuse, memory, and the possibility of healing.
- Electra in The Bough Breaks by Zinnie Harris – a psychologically intense role that explored themes of memory, trauma, and familial breakdown.
In addition to theatre, I’ve acted in several student short films, often cast in introspective or emotionally layered roles. I’m drawn to stories that explore identity, silence, and interpersonal tension, and I enjoy collaborating with directors who value subtle, naturalistic performances.
Alongside acting, I practice photography and piano, both of which sharpen my sense of rhythm, detail, and composition.
